Chiron Media is a great combination of technical capability and good understanding of teaching methodology. You are on a right track, putting emphasis on the visual and animating sides of your tuition. Since the very beginning, the cooperation with Chiron Media has been warm and friendly and at the same time practical. I would especially like to bring out the well drawn up project plan, which ensured the smooth running of the work and keeping to arrangements. Stord County has given portable PC’s to all it’s teachers to cower their needs in digital knowledge. All scools are using IT actively in their teaching programs. Making this e-handbook about the new Estonian Employmnet Contract Act was a new experience for the Estonian Trade Union people – it was our first time to compile web-based learning resources. Due to the expertise of the staff at Chiron Media, their openness and constructive and professional attitude, our collaboration was great and also efficient.

We were really impressed how precise Chiron Media were in planning the schedule and keeping to it, countering problems with alternative solutions, not forgetting the positive spirit of these people.

In the cooperation with Chiron Media I really liked the flexible and humane working arrangements. Starting with how meeting times were arranged to how partners were involved. In each cooperation and project there are dead points and crises, this was my first experience probably in my whole life to see, that this did not mean the project had to be put aside and neglected, but the team still looked for a way out, without accusing anyone of the situation. This is how I will remember my cooperation with Chiron Media – lots of devotion and commitment, responsibility for ones actions and aspiration toward the best result. The creative team of Chiron Media plays a crucial role in the Estonian language learning environment „Keeleklikk“ being at least as good, if not better, than the language learning programs developed elsewhere in the world. This team, with Asko leading it, is oriented towards the best result, they have an active and searching spirit, „more or less“ is not good enough for them, they strive towards the best possible applications given the time and resources.

From the cooperation with Chiron Media I would especially like to bring out their good knowledge of the field, ability to plan and manage very large projects in a humane way. They have a way of creating and keeping an inspiring and creative environment, which does not disperse in difficult situations. We worked on a fabulous project together. We needed to publish an innovative language teaching program for children who have arrived in Estonia from abroad. I was most impressed by project manager Askos responsiveness and flexibility when offering solutions if we had to change something along the way. Since the financing came from EU funding, the enthusiasm was shadowed by bureaucracy, which took a great deal of energy. In Asko, I saw for the first time the capacity to handle this as a positive challenge and I never heard the usual complaining about the complexity of the paperwork.

We learned a lot from each other during this project. As a project manager I got useful hints about how to arrange my work more economically.

I was pleasantly surprised about CM orientation on win-win solutions, wherever we compared our goals and interests.

Chiron Media is supporting Manger Musikklag, The winner of European Brass Band Championship 2011. Manger Musikklag After winning the National Brass Band Championship in Norway 2010, Manger Musikklag qualified for the European Championship in Montreux, Switzerland, 2011. The 29th and 30th of April, Manger Musikklag competed against the ten best brass bands in Europe for the title, and with four whole points they left the beforehand favourites, The Cory band from Wales, in second place. This is the first time since 1989 that a Norwgian brass band has won the European Championship, and Manger went home with three trophies, and a prize worth 10 000 Euros.

What I remember best is the well-organized communication and collaboration. It was a new experience for me to work with shared documents online – this is something I will be using in my work too. Digital learning has come to stay, so if I ever need more e-learning, I remember working with Chiron Media.
