We worked on a fabulous project together. We needed to publish an innovative language teaching program for children who have arrived in Estonia from abroad. I was most impressed by project manager Askos responsiveness and flexibility when offering solutions if we had to change something along the way. Since the financing came from EU funding, the enthusiasm was shadowed by bureaucracy, which took a great deal of energy. In Asko, I saw for the first time the capacity to handle this as a positive challenge and I never heard the usual complaining about the complexity of the paperwork.
We learned a lot from each other during this project. As a project manager I got useful hints about how to arrange my work more economically.
I was pleasantly surprised about CM orientation on win-win solutions, wherever we compared our goals and interests.
